  • Information Collected During App Use
    • While using our Application, and with your prior consent, we may collect the following information to provide the features of the Application.

Article 3. Information About Your Location

  • Optional Location Information (GPS)
    • We may access GPS-based location information from your device only if you explicitly consent.
    • Location information is used to provide optional features such as location-based recommendations and content optimization.
    • Location information is not used for real-time tracking and will be deleted or anonymized once the purpose is fulfilled.
    • You can allow, restrict, or revoke location permissions in your device settings at any time.
  • Device Contacts Information (Phonebook)
  • Photos and other information from the device camera and photo library
  • With your consent, we may access your device's contacts (phonebook) and photos/media files.
  • These features are used to improve the Service and enhance user convenience.
  • This information is used for the following purposes:
    • To automatically find friends who are already using the app and complete your contact list.
    • To efficiently manage and display photos and media uploaded by the user.
    • Collected contact information, photos, and media are stored on our servers and will be deleted when the account is removed. This information will not be shared with third parties.
    • Users can change or revoke access permissions to contacts, photos, and media through their device settings at any time.

Article 4. Use of Personal Data

  • The Company may use personal data for the following purposes:
  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring its usage.
  • Account Management: To manage user registration and provide access to various features of the Service based on the personal information you provide.

  • To manage your requests: Responding to and managing your requests.

This may occur as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings, in which case personal data held about Service users may be included in the transferred assets.

    • We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may retain and use your personal information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
    • The Company also retains Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to enhance security, improve Service functionality, or when a longer retention period is legally required.

This Privacy Policy is primarily written in Korean. While it may be provided in other languages for convenience, the Korean version shall govern and have legal effect.
