Child Safety and Online Safety Policy
Flexeam Corp. (the "Company") maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within the "Flexeam" Service.We consider child safety our top priority and have taken the following measures.
Scope of Protection
In this Policy, "children and youth" refers to users under the age of 19. The Service is only available to users aged 14 or older; the Company provides the Service based on the age rating provided by app marketplaces and confirmation obtained at registration. If the Company processes the personal data of a Member under the age of 14, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
Measures We Take
Immediate content concealment and account suspension upon discovery
Upon discovering inappropriate content involving children, we immediately conceal the content and suspend the associated account. We preserve relevant materials to the extent permitted by applicable law to assist investigations, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities, such as the National Police Agency, and to the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
Initial response within 24 hours of receiving a report
Reports may be submitted through the in-app reporting feature or by email (flexeam@flexeam.com), and our dedicated team provides the results of an initial review within 24 hours of receipt.
Support for legal action in cooperation with relevant authorities
When necessary, we cooperate with the police and relevant authorities to support legal action.
